The DB-12SSR/D is a 12-channel AC solid-state relay daughter board for switching mains-level loads from a DAQ system. Each channel is a Form A SSR, and the board plugs directly into an OPTO-22 compatible board, so it can be added to an existing acquisition setup without custom wiring.
Field wiring terminates on screw terminals, and an LED on each channel shows the relay state, which helps with commissioning and fault finding. Per the ordering information, this variant ships with a CA-3710 DB37 male-to-male cable (45º, 1 m) instead of the CA-5015 flat cable supplied with the base DB-12SSR.
Typical uses include on/off switching, energy management, test automation and process control. The board operates from 0 to 60 °C and is stored between -20 and 70 °C, with humidity rated at 5 % to 90 % non-condensing.
