PCI-1002HU CR is the high-gain, 44 kS/s variant of the PCI-1002 series, a universal PCI multifunction board for acquiring analogue signals alongside digital I/O on a PC. Its 3.3 V/5 V universal PCI interface suits a wide range of host systems, and it supports Card ID via an SMD switch for identifying cards in multi-board setups.
The analogue front end offers 32 single-ended or 16 differential channels at 12-bit resolution, with gains of 1, 10, 100 and 1000 and bipolar ranges from ±10 V down to ±0.01 V. Sixteen 5 V/TTL digital inputs with pull-high and pull-low resistors let an unconnected or interrupted input be given a defined state, and sixteen 5 V/TTL digital outputs are available for control tasks. The board includes one CA-4002 D-Sub connector.
Software support covers Linux, DOS and Windows, with a DLL, an ActiveX control and sample programs for a range of development languages, including C#.NET, Visual Basic.NET and LabVIEW, to help users build their own applications.
