The iNS-306 CR is a six-port Ethernet switch that acts as a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) on ports 1 to 4. It centralises power distribution for IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at powered devices, delivering up to 30 W per port from a single DC supply.
Each PoE port can be switched on and off remotely through the built-in web interface, which also reports Ethernet status and PoE voltage, current and consumption. Individual power on/off and reset schedules help reduce energy use and keep attached devices running reliably without site visits.
For daisy-chained networks, ports 5 and 6 bypass the Ethernet signal if the switch loses power, helping important data continue to flow. Dual DC inputs with reverse polarity protection allow a backup supply to take over automatically.
