DN-20M CR is a motion control daughter board for ICP DAS 6-axis controllers including the PISO-PS600, PISO-VS600, I-8196F, I-9196F and PMDK. It gives engineers a practical way to wire a full-function manual pulse generator (MPG) to the controller without custom cabling, while also providing a point for FRnet connection.
Signals are routed through screw terminals for straightforward field wiring, with a pin-to-pin screw terminal arrangement for the connected manual pulse generator. On-board isolating circuitry is included to help protect the controller, and a 20-pin SCSI-II connector and RJ-45 port complete the interface options. The board mounts on a DIN rail.
