The DN-8468FB is a daughter board for ICP DAS 4-axis motion controllers, configured for wiring to Fuji FALDIC-W servo amplifiers. It supports pulse command type stepper or servo motors and is intended for use with the I-8094, I-8094F, I-8094A, I-8094H and PISO-PS400 controllers.
Each of the four axes has its own group of screw terminals for pulse output command lines, encoder feedback, home, near-home and limit switch inputs, and a servo-enable output. Signals are photo-coupled isolated on board to help protect the controller. Terminal connectors can be swapped to reassign axis definitions without rewiring.
An onboard power module accepts a 20 ~ 26 VDC input and supplies the voltages needed by the board's circuitry, drawing 12 W at 24 VDC. Status LEDs show power and the home and limit switch states. An FRnet terminal is provided for high-speed serial I/O expansion where the controller supports FRnet. The board is listed for CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE.
