The NS-205PSE is an unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch with five RJ-45 10/100Base-TX ports, four of which act as IEEE 802.3af power sourcing equipment. It lets a single DC supply feed PoE-powered devices over the same cable that carries their data, which reduces the need for separate local power at each device location. Ordering code NS-205PSE CR.
Each port auto-negotiates between 10 and 100 Mbps and uses automatic MDI/MDI-X crossover, so straight or crossed cables can be used without configuration. Store-and-forward switching with full duplex IEEE 802.3x and half duplex back pressure flow control suits networks where reliable frame handling matters.
The unit accepts a +46 VDC to +55 VDC input with reverse polarity protection and is rated for operation from -40 °C to +75 °C. Its slim plastic housing mounts on a DIN rail, and it carries CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE markings.
