The VPD-133N-H2 is a 3.5-inch touch HMI device from the VPD Series, combining a 240 x 320 colour TFT touch screen with serial and Ethernet connectivity. It suits engineers who need a compact operator interface that can be networked and powered over a single Ethernet cable.
This variant includes Ethernet with PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) alongside one RS-232/RS-485 port and one RS-485 port, both with Self-Tuner. A real-time clock, buzzer, rotary switch and reset button are built in, and the front panel is rated IP65. A 12 to 48 VDC terminal block input is also provided for non-PoE installations.
HMIWorks, the free development software for the VPD Series, supports graphical screen design, Ladder Designer for PLC users and C language programming. The unit also accepts XV-Board I/O expansion and user-defined third-party protocols written in C.
