The XV307 CR is a multifunction expansion board for PAC I/O systems. It combines two analogue outputs, four wet-contact digital inputs and four Form A power relay outputs on a single board, letting engineers extend a controller's I/O without adding a separate module for each function.
Each analogue output channel can be configured individually. Voltage or current operation is selected by jumper, with 12-bit resolution across 0 V to +5 V, ±5 V, 0 V to +10 V, ±10 V, 0 mA to +20 mA and +4 mA to +20 mA ranges. Open wire detection is available for current output, and power-on values can be set for both the analogue and digital outputs.
The digital inputs are sink/source compatible and include 70 VDC overvoltage protection. The relay outputs are rated 6 A at 35 VDC or 240 VAC. Communication is via one RS-232 port running Modbus RTU at 115200 bps. The board provides 2000 VDC intra-module isolation and ±4 kV contact ESD protection, and operates from -25 to +75 °C.
