VPD-130-H2 CR is a 3.5-inch touch HMI from the TouchPAD VPD H Series, offering a 240 x 320 TFT colour touch screen with 65535 colours. It suits operator panels on machines and automation systems where a compact, low-cost interface with serial connectivity is required.
The unit provides a single RS-232/RS-485 serial port with Self-Tuner for communication with controllers and remote devices. A real-time clock, 16 MB SDRAM and 16 MB Flash are built in, and the front panel is rated IP65. The rubber keypad includes five programmable keys, a rotary switch, buzzer and reset button.
Screens are created in the free HMIWorks development software, which offers GUI design, Ladder Designer for PLC-oriented programmers and C language support for user-defined third-party protocols. Power is supplied from a +12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block, and the unit mounts on DIN-rail or panel.
