The iKAN-124 CR is a single-row LED message display for engineers who need to show PLC status, process values or operator text on the shop floor. It is configured through a web-based user interface and controlled over Modbus, so messages can be shown, hidden or updated directly from the control system.
Each line offers 24 ASCII or 12 Unicode characters in seven colours. The display stores up to 128 common messages with user-defined priority levels, and a single message can combine text with up to 168 variables. A data pool of 40 coil values, 64 float values and 64 integer values supports data exchange with the controller, while the built-in real-time clock provides date and time in a 24-hour format.
Connectivity comprises two RJ-45 10/100 Base-TX switch ports and two RS-485 ports supporting Modbus RTU master/slave. The unit operates from 100 ~ 240 VAC and is rated for 0 ~ +60°C, with wall mounting. It carries CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE marks.
