tM-P3POR3 CR is an RS-485 remote I/O module with three photocoupler-isolated wet-contact digital inputs and three PhotoMOS relay outputs. Each input can be wired as sink-type or source-type, so the same module suits both common input wiring arrangements without changing hardware.
The PhotoMOS outputs switch quickly and avoid arcing, bounce and switching noise, which suits frequent on/off switching. All input channels can also count pulses as 16-bit counters, and the power-on and safe output values are programmable, so outputs can be set to a defined state on start-up or fault.
Communication uses DCON, Modbus RTU or Modbus ASCII over RS-485, with a dual watchdog covering the module and the communication link. The module is designed for DIN-rail mounting and an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C.
