EMP-9058-32 CR is a Win-GRAF SoftPLC motion controller that runs EtherCAT motion control for up to 32 axes on an Intel Core i5-8365UE processor. The motion engine and EtherCAT master run on a dedicated processor in a real-time environment, giving time-deterministic control with a 0.5 ms cycle time.
The controller runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise alongside the PLC runtime, so PLC logic, motion control and in-house or third-party Windows applications such as HMIs or data processing tools can operate side by side. Programming interfaces and shared memory let Windows software access PLC data directly.
This variant has no expansion slots, so I/O is limited to the onboard 8 digital inputs and 8 open-collector outputs, with the serial, Ethernet and USB ports provided on the unit. Choose this ordering code when you need the 32-axis controller in its base configuration, with the RS-485 and RS-232/RS-485 serial ports and the built-in OPC UA server.
