The G-4510 CR is a power-saving programmable automation controller designed for unattended remote sites where mains power is unavailable. Its built-in solar charger manages a 12 V lead-acid battery, so the unit can run from solar power in the field.The G-4510 CR combines 8 analogue inputs (0 ~ 20 mA, 12-bit) with 3 digital inputs, 3 open-collector digital outputs and 1 Form C relay output. An Ethernet port and RS-232 and RS-485 COM ports allow it to connect to local equipment and to a host system. Optional 4G and NB modules support wireless data transmission, and an optional GPS module adds 32-channel tracking.Typical deployments include hydrologic and wind monitoring, mudslide monitoring, and vehicle or maritime tracking. Its built-in solar charger manages a 12 V lead-acid battery, and low-voltage disconnect and reconnect thresholds protect the battery from deep discharge. The ordering code adds the LCD display to the base G-4510 specification.The unit combines 8 current analogue inputs, 3 dry-contact digital inputs, 3 open-collector digital outputs and a Form C relay output with an RJ-45 Ethernet port and both RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports. Optional 4G (EC21-AU or EC25-E) or NB (BG96) modules provide wireless data transmission, and an optional GPS module with 32-channel All-In-View tracking supports vehicle or maritime position tracking.The embedded MiniOS7 operating system includes anti-virus protection, and TCP and UDP client connections are supported over 4G LTE.
