The PISO-730AU CR is a universal PCI card that combines two digital I/O groups on one board: 16 optically isolated input and 16 isolated PNP output channels, plus 16 TTL input and 16 TTL output channels. It suits engineers who need to switch or sense field signals on a PC without a direct electrical connection between the host and the wiring.
The isolated channels provide 3750 Vrms isolation, which helps break ground loops and shields the host computer from voltage spikes. Each isolated output is rated at 100 mA at +30 V per channel at 100% duty, and the outputs are open-emitter PNP type. The board is supplied with one CA-4002 D-Sub connector for field wiring.
