The PMC-5236M CR is a DIN-rail power meter concentrator for energy monitoring and management. It gathers readings from ICP DAS Modbus power meters over RS-485 or Ethernet, and can also work with XV-Board and M-7000 I/O modules and standard Modbus TCP/RTU slave devices. Configuration, real-time and historical power data, and statistics reports are all handled through a web browser, so no separate software tool or programming is needed.
For energy management, the unit supports an IF-THEN-ELSE logic engine, power demand management, Schedule and Timer operations, and load shedding of connected devices through its I/O modules. Power data is written to a microSD card, and log files are sent back automatically once a disconnected network is restored. Alarm messages can be sent via LINE, Telegram, Email or WeChat. The WeChat option needs an Enterprise WeChat account in China.
This ordering code is the metal-case version listed as For China Only, so check the market restriction before ordering. Connectivity to back-end SCADA, MES, IT, IoT and network management systems is provided through Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT.
