The U-7526M is an OPC UA I/O module that combines 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 6 differential analog inputs and 2 analog outputs in a single DIN-rail unit. It communicates through OPC UA Server or Client, MQTT Client and RESTful API, and can run all three at the same time, so engineers can choose the networking mode that suits each installation.
A built-in two-port 10/100 Base-TX switch allows modules to be daisy-chained, reducing cabling and the number of switches required. The unit also accepts IEEE 802.3af (Class 3) Power over Ethernet, or can be powered from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block. Analog inputs support scaling, so raw signals can be presented as more readable values, and rule logic (IF, THEN, ELSE) and scheduled actions can be set for I/O and virtual points.
Configuration, control and monitoring are handled through the built-in web user interface, with no additional application required. I/O values can be sent to cloud or field control systems, and I/O trigger messages can be logged to a CSV file or line for device tracking. This is the ordering code U-7526M CR.
