U-7551M is an Ethernet I/O module that reads 16 wet-contact digital inputs and publishes their status over OPC UA, MQTT or RESTful API. It can run all three communication methods at the same time, so a single device can feed a cloud platform and a field control system together.
A built-in dual-port switch lets you chain modules along the network rather than home-running each one to a switch, which reduces cabling and switch count. The module can be powered over IEEE 802.3af (Class 3) PoE or from a 12 to 48 VDC terminal block, and it includes a web user interface for configuration, control and I/O monitoring through a browser.
Local logic is handled with IF, THEN, ELSE rules on I/O and virtual points, and a schedule function runs rules at set times. The module suits DIN-rail installations in environments from -25 °C to +75 °C.
