The ZT-2017 CR lets engineers bring eight differential analog signals onto a ZigBee wireless network without running signal cable back to a controller. Each channel converts with 16-bit resolution and can be given its own input range, from ±150 mV up to ±10 V, with current inputs of ±20 mA, 0 ~ 20 mA and 4 ~ 20 mA available using an optional external 125 Ω resistor.
Field wiring is protected by 240 Vrms overvoltage protection and ±4 kV contact ESD protection on each terminal, with an intra-module isolation rating of 3000 VDC. Addressing, protocol, checksum and type code settings are made with rotary and DIP switches, and the GUI configuration software for Windows adjusts the RF transmission power and other parameters.
This is the ZigBee Router variant, supporting DCON and Modbus RTU and rated for a line-of-sight range of 300 m to 700 m depending on RF power setting. The ordering information lists it as Asia only, so please confirm availability for your project before ordering.
