- Connects up to 24 Modbus power meter modules and 8 Modbus I/O modules, with a maximum of 16 Modbus TCP modules
- COM1 and COM2 RS-485 ports, each isolated at 2500 VDC, support up to 16 Modbus RTU modules individually
- Built-in IF-THEN-ELSE logic engine, timers and schedule functions for power demand management and device control
- microSD data logger with automatic send-back and recovery when the network connection is resumed
- Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT protocols, with alarm notification via LINE, Telegram, WeChat and Email

The PMD-2206-EN is a web-based power meter concentrator for energy measurement, monitoring and management. It reads power data from ICP DAS Smart Power Meters over RS-485 or Ethernet, logs the values to a microSD card and presents them on a 7-inch TFT touch panel, in a browser or both. Configuration is done through built-in web pages, so no separate software tool or programming is needed.
The unit combines power demand management with I/O control. An IF-THEN-ELSE logic engine can act on power status through Modbus I/O modules, including load shedding where required, and a schedule function governs I/O device operation. Alarm messages can be sent via LINE, Telegram, Email or WeChat, and data can be forwarded to Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT systems or to Microsoft Azure and IBM Bluemix IoT platforms.
